American Craft Council says
Building on a lifelong appreciation of good food and hard work gained from his experiences growing up in a rural community of farmers, Mike Phillips has been dreaming and working toward opening Red Table Meat Co. for a long time. Located in our own northeast Minneapolis, Red Table Meat Co. caters to individuals who harbor a passion for crafted salumi (cold, cooked meat). Join us as Mike talks about Red Table Meat Co. and what handcrafted meat looks like - with an opportunity to taste some of what they describe as “good. meat. here.”

The American Craft Council presents a series of public conversations about craft, making, and art in the American Craft Council Library, which is located on the second floor of the historic Grain Belt Brewhouse in northeast Minneapolis. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with the conversation starting at 7:00 p.m.

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a Minnesota State Arts Board Operating Support grant, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
