Open (Hot)House

It's time for fiery festivities at CAFAC again! Our spring Open (Hot)House is around the corner. Please join us! What's Open (Hot)House? After each class term, our students show off their work in an informal, fun event, open to the entire community. In addition to student work, our instructors will be doing forging, flameworking, color on metal, and PMC demos. Hands-on activities are always part of the fun, and this time we're excited to introduce Dona, our new enameling furnace, where you'll be able to fire an enameled ornament you create. (Supplies are limited on this one, so arrive early if you want to try it out.) We'll also have our stamping station open where you can make a custom key chain. Did we mention fire performers? They'll be there too, once it's dark. As always, our gallery will be open for browsing, and general fiery camaraderie will abound. Come see what we've been up to at CAFAC. Snacks and refreshments too!
