Sundays at 10am

Join us each Sunday for class. QPOCI (Queer People of Color and Indigenous) and allies are all welcomed.

Pilates is a great way to center in your body and is great for all experience levels. Cost is sliding scale and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Bring comfy clothes and wear socks or go barefoot during pilates.

Free street parking is available in front of PMC and it is super accessible via bike and bus.

This beginner’s pilates class is centered on increasing core strength and mind to body connection. This weekly class is fine to drop in on and will be building over a 3 month cycle, June through August, so repeated attendance is best. Alejandra is an artist who has been teaching pilates and movement class for over a decade and follows the overall framework of exercises from Stott Pilates and Global Somatics Process in her teaching.

Class at the People’s Movement Center has two steps both to enter and to go into the restroom.
