Redeemer Ending Poverty Wages

Time Out says

Hello beloved! All people deserve a living wage. Let us join together in ending poverty wages! How can the Redeemer family as people of faith respond, engage, and lead with the love, grace, and justice of God in ending poverty wages? Please Join Us: This Sunday (3/8) join in a conversation at Fellowship downstairs, immediately after worship, around faith-based organizing, poverty wages, and the 15 Now Minnesota campaign that is taking steps to addressing poverty wages. (**And then join us in taking steps across the bridges by the Capitol in St. Paul in the "Crossing Bridges: Selma to Minnesota" March at 2PM!**) 15 Now Minnesota: Poverty wages disproportionately affect black and brown people throughout MN, and even more so on the North Side. The 15 Now Minnesota campaign is making waves through Minneapolis, demanding that Minneapolis and the airport (and then St. Paul and then the suburbs) raise the minimum wage to $15/hr. This increased minimum wage is a step in the direction to having a living wage - where people earn a wage that allows them to support themselves and their families in the communities they live. ---------- Curious about what has been happening around the 15 Now Minnesota campaign?
