Remedy says
This week's Remedy, Sunday April 16th 11:30am-1:30pm, will be facilitated by Alejandra (Tobar Alatriz) and Ayo Clemons. The focus of this offering is around building skills and practice of authentic movement and witnessing.

Please note that this week is a People of Color and Indigenous (POCI) Only space.

What does it mean to allow your body to move how it wants? What does it feel like to be witnessed fully and completely, in honor and care? What would it look like to bring our authentic movements out into our lives, work and world? Join us in this awareness-based practice to help recognize the patterns in your body and how they may be affecting the patterns in your life.

:::More about Remedy:::
There is so much happening right now. You are telling us that you want a regular space where you can be with what is happening. Where you can connect with others, get support, learn some things, and more. The remedy to disease or illness includes consistent connection. It includes showing up for each other. We want to show up for you.

Starting in April, PMC is holding an open space called Remedy, every Sunday from 11:30 - 1:30. The first Remedy was a People of Color and Indigenous (POCI) only space. Every other Remedy will be POCI only. You can come sometimes or every week.
