The TC Marathon is just weeks away: You've logged your miles, you've picked out your gear & you've got your nutrition plan down pat. But have you trained your brain to withstand the wall?

The good news is there is still time! This month's Tuesday Talk is presented by Dr. Dave Roseen (yep, that's Yoga Ted's dad!), a psychologist & distance runner who works with athletes at all levels to help them train their brains to withstand the mental toughness of endurance racing.

The presentation is for first-time and veteran marathoners alike and will include:
• The importance of imagery and its use in maintaining a relaxed state and positive focus throughout a race.
• Two types of sports imagery; Peak Performance and Mastery Rehearsal Imagery
• A running visualization experience

This is an event not-to-be-missed not just for those of you running a fall marathon but for anyone with racing in their future!
