Birds are chirping. Buds are blooming. AND your body is ready for a change of season too!

Join us for a springtime celebration of cleansing your physical, mental, and spiritual being. Through yoga, pranayama, vision work, and food guidance, you will be able to eliminate toxic junk that's been storing in your trunk all winter.

Our week kicks off with a 3-hour workshop to breathe, move, center, and create clarity for the week ahead.

You will then embark on your journey with a unique daily video practice that will include powerful clearing and cleansing techniques.

To serve your success for the week, you will receive a workbook to create food awareness, mental clarity and body love! AND a value-stuffed swag bag with essentials to support your cleansing process.

We will unite midweek to move through a detoxifying practice, check in with a great conversation and enjoy sipping on purifying tea.

Your week will close with a final 3-hour gathering including an intuitive discovery exercise, purifying ritual and revitalizing yoga practice.
