Survivor Resources Benefit Show says

new juice for the sonic freaks. this is some seriously mind bending content and is soon to combust.

double dragon musical prodigies who make the sickest riffs and most brutal beats. also very sweet humans.

dynamite duo who will steam roll you into a barrel of brutality to beauty. they really whail.

glamorous, angular, brutal and very friendly. they belong in the black lodge and will have you singing "life is a highway" all the way home.

ass kickers and name takers. some serious energy and power. a proper way to kick out the goddam jams and celebrate this time with friends.

That’s right. We got 5 of the finest musical acts at the good ol' Hex for a good cause called Survivor Resources. What’s Survivor Resources? It’s a Non-Profit Organization specializing in maintaining safe, regularly scheduled meeting spaces for people who are grieving the loss of loved ones through suicide, homicide, overdose and accidental death. It’s helped me personally through a marathon of fucked up, tragic and untimely deaths. Plus these bands are amazing soooooooooooooo….
COME ON DOWN!!!!! -airhorn-

ALSO! If you or anyone you know is going through such a loss, I am terribly sorry. And deeply encourage you/them to try at least 3 meetings of Survivor Resources. Personally felt way less crazy, way more hopeful banding together with strangers who talk openly about such overwhelming traumas to end the suffering of our losses. Here’s that website again:

ALSO! If you or anyone you know is having a shit time and is ready to end it. Here’s National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-8255

OR! If you or anyone is going through anything else that feels to heavy to bear check out text Crisis Text Line
and get immediate help by texting HOME to 741741 (It’s non-data so your bill won’t be totally fucked by just trying to get some stuff off your chest.)

OR! You’d like face to face counseling and living in the MPLS/STP area but don’t have insurance or are too broke check out:
They’ve got a good spot on Chicago that has limited hours, but if you can squeeze it it’s good to hit just to talk to someone.

Thanks to the bands for playing. Thanks to Luc/Hexagon for letting me book here. Thanks to all that come. If you are coming, please share. These bands are the best and you don’t want to miss out.

Here’s to having some fun, feeling good and living on.
