The event creator says
Come check out poetry by nationally recognized Central American writers.

Hosted by Leticia Hernandez, Tejido convenes bilingual poets committed to the exploration of how Central American writers carve out an aesthetic and define historical context in a literary landscape that is predominantly Chican@, Caribbean, and increasingly post-identity. Local poets: Karimi Robert, Magdalena Kaluza, and Lorena Armstrong-Duarte will join writers from across the country and beyond: Javier Zamora, Claudia D. Hernández Juan Morales and Alexandra Lytton Regalado.

Event is free. Donations welcome to benefit the space.
