UpLift Physical Theatre says
Terra Incognita is a heart-pumping acrobatic expedition into the unmapped terrain of the heart. Join us as we climb mountains of longing, dive into oceans of loss, and find wellsprings of joy in this surprisingly intimate play.

Founded in 2013, UpLift Physical Theatre is an international collection of movement theatre artists trained in ensemble-based physical theatre at Dell’Arte International in Blue Lake, California. UpLift’s unique style incorporates hand-balancing, tumbling and equilibrium, using the momentum and visceral engagement of our living bodies to create original works of theatre. Spread throughout four US states and three countries, this diverse group of performers created Terra Incognita through a combination of in-person and live-streamed rehearsals and creative sessions.

Created and performed by the ensemble: Nicholette Routhier, Hannah Gaff, Alyssa Hughlett, Moses Norton, Juliana Frick, Audrey Leclair, Andrea Martinez, Jerome Yorke Jr. Stage Managed by Drew Pannebecker.

Scheduled performances:

July 31 at 8:30 pm
August 2 at 1 pm
August 4 at 10 pm
August 5 at 7 pm
August 7 at 5:30 pm
