Join us for a FREE 20-mile and 10-mile training run on
Saturday, September 12th at 8:30 AM!!
We will have aid stations set up at approximately miles 3, 6, 9, 11, 14, and 17 for the 20-miler and miles 3 and 7 for the 10 miler. Each aid station will be set up with three brands of energy gels, water, and Powerade.
The start/finish will be at our Uptown Location, 1433 West Lake Street, Minneapolis. The run will be an out and back course.
All participants save 15% off their purchase in the store this day! (offer only valid at the Uptown location and excludes electronics and nutrition).
The 20-miler will cover a big portion of the marathon race course!
