Have you jumped on the largest outdoor trampoline in North America yet?

After welcoming more than 300,000 visitors since opening in 2022, the popular suspended trampoline course nestled among the trees at the foot of Mont Saint-Grégoire has undergone a major transformation.

Where is Upla?

Upla has three locations across Canada, with the Mont-Saint-Grégoire location just southeast of Montreal: 45 Chem. du Sous-Bois, Mont-Saint-Grégoire, QC J0J 1K0.

Designed primarily for families, the revamped park now features no fewer than 10 jumping zones, including four that span two levels.

Visitors can also explore access ramps, vertical tunnels and slides, while a dedicated area filled with giant balls adds another layer of fun. New swinging vines allow guests to move from one trampoline to another.

For those looking for a little more excitement, the park has introduced a controlled rolling zone, along with new connections, walkways and slides throughout the course.

One of the standout additions is a suspended lounge perched nearly 40 feet above the ground. Complete with oversized cushions, it's the perfect place to relax while taking in views of the surrounding forest.

Young children haven’t been forgotten, either. A dedicated area has been created specifically for kids aged five and under to enjoy alongside their parents.

The one thing that hasn’t changed is the beloved Rainbow Tree Village. Colourful treehouses connected by elevated walkways continue to delight children as they wander from cabin to cabin.

Just across the road, on the opposite side of Chemin du Sous-Bois, visitors will find Érablière Charbonneau and its snack bar. Kids can cool off with maple slushies or homemade apple juice after their adventure.

The food menu also stands out from a typical snack bar. Guests can sample the sugar shack poutine, a unique twist on the classic dish, or opt for the maple-infused vegan chili, which has become a favourite even among non-vegetarians.

Once the sun goes down, the course takes on a different atmosphere. Evenings tend to attract teenagers and young adults, while upbeat music fills the forest.

The entire course lights up after dark, creating a magical setting. Illuminated balls and glowing accessories transform the space into an extraordinary nighttime playground.
