Game Of Thrones S05 E03 And Spellbinder At Fond Object 4/26/2015! says
We here at Fond Object are very proud to once again bring you Game of Thrones in all its epic glory projected on our back wall! Are you guys ready for Season 5 Episode 3? We hope so! Here is a run-down of what is happening Sunday evening:

Before we show the next chapter in the Song of Ice and Fire, we bring you the little-seen late 80's supernatural thriller SPELLBINDER!

When Los Angeles attorney Jeff Mills (Tim Daly) and his friend Derek Clayton (Rick Rossovich) rescue a young beautiful woman, Miranda Reed (Kelly Preston), from an apparently abusive boyfriend, the trouble starts. Miranda has no home so Jeff offers her to stay at his house. Jeff unknowing becomes involved with Miranda and the web of intrigue that follows her. But as the two became lovers, Jeff learns that Miranda is on the run from the witches coven (to which she belongs).

But now the coven wants Miranda back as a sacrifice at the winter solstice tomorrow night. She must come to them of her own free will, and the coven try to force her into doing so, using sorcery to taunt and terrify the two of them. Miranda tells Jeff of her situation, but not the entire truth, and Jeff willingly helps Miranda out of her troubles, but creates his own.

SPELLBINDER has never been released on DVD in the USA. Word has it that Kelly Preston’s wife John Travolta bought all of the US rights to this one to keep it on the down-low (probably because Preston gets nude and it deals with Satanism and they’re Scientologists)

Also, the score is by none other than Basil Poledouris who’s famous for his Conan The Barbarian and Robocop scores.

It's a pretty fun little flick, and I highly recommend it if you have never seen it.
