Meditation Class: Introduction says
I have been practicing meditation and yoga for seven years. Yoga,
meditation, and prayer have guided me through hard struggles that I
experienced from ages 15-20. I saw what these practices did for me and I
wish to spread the message of holistic health and its great importance. The
classes I will be giving will be meditation lessons using the chakra system
as a guide into your Inner and Outer Worlds. This class will not be a
guided meditation, it will be focusing on techniques, discussions, and
meditation exercises. The benefits of this class include relief of stress,
anxiety, depression, and fear. As these negative aspects of life melt away
mental clarity, emotional healing, and bodily functions will increase,
aiding your spirit to reach it's fullest potential!
