The Tulane Black Student Union (tBSU) is proud to present the 2015 Black Arts Festival going on from Friday Mar 06 - Monday Mar 16th 2015 on Tulane University's campus and at the Ashe' Cultural Arts Center !!
This year's festival is themed "A Celebration of Black Culture, Arts and Entertainment" and features 9 days of events - all of which are FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! Invite your friends!!
