Yoga Nidra is a guided, sleep-based meditation practice that takes you on a journey through our layers of being. Our perceptions, thoughts, and feelings have a very real effect on our bodies and lives that can cause us to label our experiences as good or bad, satisfying or unhappy. As this practice takes us beyond the awareness of the mind we transcend self-created perceptions and limitations, awakening us towards our full potential.

In addition to being guided in a Yoga Nidra experience, in this 4-hour workshop we will explore the physiological and neurological benefits of Yoga Nidra and discuss the Yogic Philosophy behind the Nidra practice. You will also receive an email of the Yoga Nidra experience so that you can continue to practice on your own.
