The Central City Little Free Library Project says
The Central City Little Free Library Project needs your help! While we are continuing to raise funds to purchase new materials to build two dozen little free libraries in Central City, we are also looking for reclaimed or scrap building materials to keep the project as green as possible. Specifically, we're looking for plywood at least 1/2" think and preferable up to 1" And to be efficient in our collection efforts, we're asking for pieces of plywood that are at least 1/2 a sheet or bigger. We also looking for roofing materials (corrugated tin, wood or slate shingles). Other bits and pieces like hinges and knobs or handles for the doors, plexiglass (at least 8x10" pieces), old auto license plates or street signs or other things we can use for siding/decoration, as well as high quality oil-based exterior primer. (We're good on paint for now)

If you have premade boxes or cabinets (about two feet by two feet or so) that can be refashioned into a LFL, we'll take those, too!

Contact us to arrange pick up. Thanks!
