The Cutting Edge’s “Music in Movies” Film Series presents films that reflect music in all the ways music lovers seek to hear music when they go to the movies

Musicians and music industry folks love movies about music, musicians, music culture, movies with great soundtracks, they are the first one to notice the music and lean over in the dark theater and say, “That’s a Muddy song, Frampton did that in…” The “Music in Movies” Film Series will show movies about the lives of musicians, the influence of music culture, important music places and something because the movie has a great soundtrack.

Cutting Edge joins with the Chicago International Movies and Music Festival (CIMMFest) in presenting FOUR FILM SCREENING at Café Istanbul, August 24th and 25th located at 2374 St Claude Avenue.
