Take your asana practice to the next level in this special summer series. In these step-by- step workshops, you will learn how to do inversions and arm balances safely and with more confidence and ease. You’ll learn the basic key actions to cultivate strength and open the body so that you can practice further at home and spice it up in your vinyasa flow class. Empower yourself and have fun!

Students must have a basic yoga practice and/or have attended one of our Intro or Intermediate Courses.
