SweetArts 2015 |A CAC Fundraiser Featuring the New Orleans premiere of Double Edge Theatre's The Grand Parade (of the 20th century) SweetArts is the CAC's annual gala fundraiser honoring significant donors and artists for their recent contributions to the CAC and the local arts community.Kicking off with a champagne toast and cuisine from top local chefs, SweetArts 2015 offers a preview performance of Double Edge Theatre's The Grand Parade (of the 20th century), followed by desserts and dancing. “...stunning visual imagery, haunting vocal harmonies, musical accompaniment, and jaw-dropping aerial feats.” – The Boston Globe The Grand Parade fuses physically daring spectacle with evocative music to create a thrilling, kaleidoscopic exploration of the 20th century.
