Ducado de Altan 2013-Verdejo
Light yellow. Powerful aromas of ripe pear, nectarine and smoky minerals are complemented by a suave honeysuckle element. On the palate, incisive, tangy flavors of orange zest, pear skin, ginger and quinine are underscored by chalky minerals. Finishes on a floral note, with bright, juicy persistence and strong mineral bite and grip.

Pazo de Monterrey 2013-Godello
Pale yellow. High pitched aromas of citrus and orchard fruits and chalky minerals are complemented by a deeper suggestion of honeydew melon. Sappy, stony and vibrant, offering bitter quince and pear skin flavors and a touch of lime pith. Notes of tarragon and green apple linger on the lucid, mineral driven finish

Peitán 2014-Albarino
Yeasty apple and melon aromas are offset by stony mineral notes. This feels fresh and just a touch leesy/creamy, with an overriding sense of quality to the palate. Peach, melon and minerally flavors finish clean and pure. Drink right away
