Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay may not seem like the ideal travel partner (what with all the yelling and cursing), but he's offering up the opportunity of a lifetime that will allow several young people to eat and drink their way around the globe.

Interested? It's all part of a forthcoming TV series that promises to explore international destinations through food with a side of adventure and culture. Ramsay is searching for applicants who are between the ages of 16 and 21 and have a passion for food and travel. The application asks about culinary skills, travel ambitions, phobias and outdoor hobbies. The chef's production company, Studio Ramsay, also makes clear that all upcoming filming is planned with COVID-19 protocols in place.

"The show will involve some extraordinary challenges in some of the most beautiful countries," Ramsay explains in a Twitter reel announcing the casting process. "So guess what? We're looking for talented young people with a passion for food, adventure and have a strong curiosity to experience and discover new cultures."

Ready to go globetrotting with the British chef? There's a lot of ground to cover on the application (and an adult must sign off if you're under the age of 18), so take a look before the deadline arrives on October 3.
