We’ve all got our favourite Christmas movie. Yours might be the enjoyably chaotic Elf. Or the charming, marmalade-infused world of Paddington. For lots of people, though, The Holiday hits the spot. It follows English village resident Iris (Kate Winslet) and glamorous US socialite Amanda (Cameron Diaz) as they swap homes for the holidays – and fall in love with their dream guys in the process.

Sounds like a fantasy, right? Well, some people on TikTok are using the 2006 film as a template for their own life.

If you’re up for swapping your house for an ‘apartment in the best part of LA’, user @savannahmilss has got you.

A South London-based interiors TikToker named @thistimeincolour is also up for sharing their extremely well-decorated home.

This minimalist harbour-front house in Boston is looking to switch, too.

Grace Gagnon, who uploaded the video, says she’s looking for ‘serious enquiries only’ – with bonus points for a ‘hot, single brother’ like in the film. The clip has already had three million views, and she’s apparently already received thousands of offers.

Of course, we suspect the experience might not quite as romantic as it is in the movie. Cameron Diaz never has to work out the bin collection times or who feeds the cat, for example. You might well have to do that. And do you really want someone sneaking a look inside your drawers and putting their weird food in your fridge, anyway? Maybe. Maybe you do. And in that case: we wish you luck. We’re suuure Jude is waiting.
