Events happening at Time Out Market New York

Summer is finally here, so let's take it to the terrace and celebrate in style.

All this week, Italicus is taking over the rooftop at Time Out Market New York for its Italicus Terrace Takeover. The Italian liqueur is painting the rooftop blue, bringing in its branded merch and shaking up classic cocktails made for sipping in the sun. Expect refreshing frozen cocktails, such as the frosé with rosé wine and peach and strawberry purée and the passion fruit margarita. There's even a frozen version of the espresso martini made with Italicus bergamot liqueur, blended with vodka, coffee liqueur and cold brew. Oh, and did we mention the boozy snow cones?

The pop-up runs from Monday, June 9, to Monday, June 15. Grab a snow cone, soak up the sun and take in those sweeping city views.

Enjoy an intimate evening of jazz and wine with Danny Jonokuchi & The Revisionists every other Tuesday night. From 7 to 10pm, hear tunes from the band that won the inaugural Count Basie Great American Swing Contest for its virtual performance of “One O’Clock Jump,” the award-winning track from its “Late Night Basie” album. The Revisionists have gotten people dancing across the city and abroad, including at Lincoln Center, The Rainbow Room, Dizzy’s Club - Jazz at Lincoln Center, The MET, The Guggenheim, Sony Hall, The Ziegfeld Ballroom, City Winery, The Plaza Hotel, The Swing Remix, The historic Abyssinian Church and The Django. What better way to make it through your week than a night out with drink and dancing?

Get ready for an electrifying night every Wednesday with the renowned Soul in the Horn, which will host “Soul Records Laboratory" at Time Out Market.

This weekly music series will feature hot and up-and-coming DJs who'll spin jams so you can dance all night (8pm-midnight) with views of the NYC skyline, enjoy specialty cocktails by Grey Goose and eat good food.

For Pride month, we invite you to enjoy a vibrant lineup of events that honor creativity and talent in the LGBTQ+ scene. Here's a list of upcoming parties:

June 4th
Join us on the rooftop for a powerful set from Rivka & DSol as we celebrate diversity and creativity within the community.

June 11th
Join us on the rooftop on a special evening with Laurice Fox, representing black woman empowerment. Plus a special set featuring Masaki Morii from Japan.

June 18th
Kick off Pride Month with DJ MelowDee from our Soul In The Horn community! An incredible house music DJ, producer and queer advocate for gay rights, MelowDee will be spinning electrifying beats on the rooftop. With special guest DJ Shango, join us for an unforgettable night of music and celebration. 

June 25th
Get ready for a special night with trans house music artist Bendjy Bradshaw! Enjoy a live pop-up performance during the night that showcases Bendjy's talent and artistry. This is a not-to-miss moment of celebration and empowerment with Soul In The Horn resident L3NI.

Get your salsa on for free every Thursday from 7 to 10pm on the fifth floor of Time Out Market New York. 

Starting at 7:30pm, instructor Marlene Veras will lead you through the steps to music provided by DJ Ray Suave and percussionist Jessica for a solid foundation before you break out into a full-on salsa dance party.

Start your weekend off right at Time Out Market New York’s stunning rooftop!

Friday Night Vibes gets the party going on the fifth floor at 7pm with tunes from DJ Stretch (on the first and third Friday of every month) and DJ Price Is Right (on the second and fourth Friday). Dance the night away with specialty cocktails from the Market’s awesome bar and grab bites from some of our 19 kitchens including, Tanoreen, Bark Barbecue and Mori Mori.

Enjoy it all to the incredible views of the East River, the NYC skyline and the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges. We’ll see you there!
