This peaceful 17th-century townhouse offers 17 soundproofed, air-conditioned rooms kitted out in toned down stripes, toile de Jouy fabrics and neo colonial-style furniture. Its star features are a tiny courtyard off the lobby and a vaulted stone breakfast area. All the rooms and bathrooms were freshened up in 2007 (fortunately saving the lovely blue earthenware tiles on the bathroom walls).
