Les Petits Chefs at Cuisine Attitude by Cyril Lignac
Time Out says
Le Quinzième chef and founder Cyril Lignac has developed a series of cooking classes for children aged six to 11. Where visitors to his Michelin-starred restaurant enjoy seabass carpaccio and braised calf sweetbreads, children at the Petits Chefs workshops learn how to make coriander and veal burgers, and confit tomato cakes. Menus at the weekly classes skew towards a sweet tooth, with many classes including recipes for such teatime treats as chocolate crêpes, hazelnut muffins and caramel French toast. To celebrate the Christmas season, holiday menus feature gingerbread snowmen, madeleines studded with preserved fruits, and chocolate truffles.
