Musée du Service de Santé des Armées

Housed in the royal convent designed by Mansart, next door to a military hospital, this museum traces the history of military medicine via replicas of field hospitals and ambulance trains, and displays of antique medical instruments. The section on World War I demonstrates how the conflict propelled medical progress.
