Arthur Higelin, a pop favorite in France, recently released his 14th and latest record, Baba Love, a groovy collection of romantic ballads that features collaborations with fiery hip-hop artist Saul Williams and Janis Joplin–voiced rising star Izïa (who happens to be Higelin's sister).
