Festival Arthémise

Girl power reigns at Arthémise, a brand new festival (run by sexual equality organisation Osez le Feminisme) at velvet-curtained Divan du Monde. For this first edition expect stand-up comedy by chuckle masters Nadia Ros and Amandine Gay; live shows by all-female troupe La Compagnie EAU; art exhibitions and concerts by emerging female artists including Juke Boxes, The Ragnoutaz and cheeky pop maestro Monkey Anna (who will perform her quirky interactive video spectacle “The Monkey Anna TV Dinner Show”). Topping off the event on Saturday night is splicer extraordinaire, DJ Lydia Markus Chaak (until 5am).
