Found halfway up the hill in Belleville, this pretty, on-trend café was founded by two coffee-roasting experts who cut their teeth at Ten Belles and who source their beans from the Brûlerie de Belleville. Apart from the top-notch coffee, it's worth stopping by for the quality menu, which runs from breakfast time until closing at 6pm. Patisserie, sandwiches and granola start the day (around €3-€4), while lunch might include soup or an Italian piadina wrap with gourmet ingredients like parma ham, parsley pesto, beetroot and apple (€6). From the funky lettering in the window to the agreeably worn wooden interior peopled with the area's well-heeled youth, Cream in the right place at the right time – especially if it's time for lunch.

Cute coffee shop just a short hike up the hill from the Belleville Metro station! Very chill vibe, great coffee (that is reasonably priced) and always a good playlist! I also really love the cheerful, bright blue ceramic cups! Be warned: going down to their bathroom is a little tricky, but this just adds to their charm!

LOVE IT! Great staff, great food, great vibes. I go here once or twice a week, pretty much, and the menu never ceases to impress. Coffee wise, the beans usually come the Belleville brûlerie, I think, and it always tastes divine - I'd go for the 'cream'/'crème' if I were you. Foccaccias and salads at lunch are always good, though a little expensive (think €6-€7). Best of all, though, are the records they play: stuff like vintage funk, Fleetwood Mac and trendier modern sounds
