Villa Pereire

La Villa Pereire harks back to the Paris of old. A Paris in which Dior’s New Look is taking the fashion world by storm, a Paris where a certain Ms Mitford toils over books set to become classics, a City in the centre of evolution from old to new. The classic design, overseen by Pascale Montremy oozes that faded glamour which signified the post war era, opulent yet out of touch with the increasingly forward looking mid-century. It’s a look which has made a comeback in many a European city and nowhere is it more perfectly effected than here at Villa Pereire in the ever more fashionable 17th. In keeping with the surroundings not only is a mouthwatering cellar at the visitor’s disposal but a menu which clings to French tradition tenaciously but with a forward looking attitude.
