FLOUR CLASS: Monika of Hip Veggies will bring samples of beans growing locally that can be milled into flour.

She will share:
--the history of this food (Native Americans depended on it).
--the flavor profile
--cooking tips
--health benefits

She will teach:
--how to identify the right trees
--how to harvest
--how to mill

The Market will be providing the taste testing!

Each participant will receive a half pound of locally harvested and milled flour which she is currently working on gathering and processing.
