When the Breath wanders, the mind is unsteady, but when the Breath is still, so too is the mind. Prana, (or Chi), refers to a universal, life-force Energy long recognized by Eastern cultures. Yoga practitioners over the centuries have found that by practicing Pranayama, or Yogic Breathing, we connect to this Energy and are able to harness and utilize its power. Yogic Breathing is thus a wonderful key to good health, longevity, spiritual advancement, and meditation.

No Yoga experience necessary but bring your mat, just in case. Please dress in comfy clothing as if you were attending a Sutra Flow class. All guests are welcome to bring a small pillow for seating if desired.
