Sensory Solstice says
Happy summer solstice!

Experience light and space artist James Turrell’s "Mohl Ip" through guided meditations with Gold Lion Healing Arts, collaborative installations, and activities for all ages.

Join us for guided pranayama (mindfully breathing patterns) and singing bowls to stimulate deep states of meditation, relaxation and healing. Meditating on sound effortlessly ushers you into subtle states of consciousness by offering a point of stillness outside the busy mind. Participants can expect to walk away feeling calm, rejuvenated and clear. Gather and learn fruitful tools to stay present, relax your mind and expand your perspective.
