Get ready for the second installment of THE EDIBLE DESERT EXPERIENCE!

A full immersion in to all that is Arizona and the Sonoran Desert. Building on the popularity of the last sold out dinner, a hands on open air market has been added where you can grind mesquite flour, get your hands into the "masa" of making tortillas, taste fresh empanadas baked hot from a wood fired oven, and many more tasty, sensual experiences to connect and reconnect you to this beautiful desert we call home! The market and dinner will be featuring ancient to contemporary Arizona arts & crafts, food, wines, medicines, music and performances.

The evening will consist of an elegant foraged 7 course dinner with wine pairings by Rob Connoley, owner and creative behind his restaurant The Curious Kumquat in New Mexico. He is also a James Beard Foundation recognized Chef. This is a dining experience not quite like any other! Foodies and Arizona lovers don't miss your chance to explore the tastes and smells of our local flora and fauna. Pair this with performance and a visual smorgasborg of local artistry and you have a sensational multi-sensory experience.
