Amba is a dynamic yoga-movement-dance meditation that guides you into inhabiting your body, embodying your wisdom, and connecting to your true nature. Amba is the Sanskrit word for a radiant warrior-ess - a woman who pierces through limitations of doubt, fear, hesitation, and over-thinking. In Amba, you’re guided home to the center of yourself within your body, where you have access to your clarity, deep strength, sensuousness, and sparkly aliveness. Amba is an elemental practice: Earth (steadiness, strength), water (sensuality/fluidity), fire (vitality, transformation), air (breath/freedom), and space (ease, beingness).

Meghan Mahealani Morris, ERYT, has been teaching yoga and movement since 2001. She has trained in various schools of yoga, ranging from Iyengar to Vinyasa to Kundalini. After studying these more masculine and structured yoga systems, Meghan felt a deep calling from her body and spirit to find a yoga system that felt more aligned with her nature. Out of this search, Amba Yoga was born. Amba Yoga™ is a system that Meghan created through her 10,000+ hours of teaching and study. Meghan weaves together the most potent and effective practices for guiding women into the home of our bodies, where we have access to our inner knowing, natural effervescent joy, steady commitment, and life-giving energy.
