Absolute Beginner Bellydance Series

This Beginner Series is designed for students new to bellydance or those seeking a bellydance refresher. Dancers with little to no dance experience are welcome. Each week students will move through a warm up, drills, technique and a combination designed to build a strong foundation of the dance. Bellydance is a fun and challenging workout, can help develop greater body awareness and core strength, and also offers students a chance to move creatively, while increasing confidence and connecting with other women in a supportive space.

***Are you interested in the Beginner Bellydance Series but would like to try a class first? If you are a current Shakti House student with a CLASS CARD you are welcome to attend ONE class during the Series using your class card! Then, if you are interested you can sign up for the next Series!

If you would like to do this, please just show up for class on the day you would like to attend. No need to pre-register. :)
