David Bowie was undeniably among the most influential and unique musicians of the 20th Century. His passing was itself a great work of art, and his final statement to the world had never been performed live, until last March when Jason Mauer and Noah Mickens joined forces on the original Blackstar Rising show. In a spirit of love and reverence, they assembled a cast of our city's finest rock and jazz musicians to learn and perform his final album,"Blackstar," in its entirety. Then, guest artsts joined in for a full set of Bowie classics spanning his entire career.

In September 2016, they once again performed the "Blackstar" album AND two other classic albums - "The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars" and "The Man Who Sold The World."

This latest show celebrates the 40th anniversary of the release of the album "Low," with a complete performance of that album and a set of greatest hits and deep cuts.

We send our love across the Great Unknown, in the name of this great man and the Work he has wrought upon the Earth. Thank you, Mr. Bowie. There are no words that can express our feelings, but music is our best hope.
