Connect with the craft beer elite when the Craft Brewers Conference descends upon Portland between April 13-17 with a 7-course dinner featuring rare beer paired with a creative menu driven by Chef Joseph Dougherty.

1st Course
Burnside Brewing’s Strawberry Wheat paired with an arugula salad, yogurt dressing, strawberry trifecta

2nd Course
DC Brau’s Penn Quarter Porter paired with roasted veal bones, garlic, parsley and a Grand Central Baking baguette

3rd Course
Avery’s Maharajah IPA paired with green curry chicken, cashews, lemongrass, broccolini & baby shiitake mushrooms

4th Course
Flying Dog’s Dead Rise OLD BAY Summer Ale paired with seared Columbia steelhead, Asian micro greens, shaved Fuji apple, red onion and OLD BAY sea salt.

5th Course
Surly’s Cacao Bender paired with crispy Korean pork belly with roasted, candied parsnips

6th Course
Maui’s Lahaina Town Brown paired with hazelnut crusted wild boar and baby shiitakes with chimichurri

7th Course
Firestone Walker’s Stickee Monkee Strong Ale paired with a surprise from our good friends at Moonstruck Chocolates.
