COMING HOME TO YOUR BODY: Building a meditation practice to connect more deeply and compassionately with yourself.

In this 4-week series we will start by meeting your body as if it were the first time, focusing on felt sensation. We’ll examine our beliefs and labels about bodies and check in to see how those serve us. We will bring in gratitude for all that our brilliant bodies are already doing. You will end the series with a new or deeper meditation practice, a loving connection to yourself, and a sweet surrender of old beliefs and ideas that no longer support your highest good.

Anna Chapman has found that the most healing relationship in her life has been finding connection with her body. Promoting self-love and compassion she strives to help her community navigate old body image beliefs, purify negative self-talk, and honor the idea that our bodies are working for us not against us.
