Dr. Sketchy's Pdx says
April is a time of fecundity, fertility, and new growth. And here at Dr. Sketchy's we are bringing the spring in with a very special themed drawing session, inspired by the pioneers who came west and built our fine state!

Model Calamity Jenn is a 21st century homesteader and frontier woman herself, joining us at just 2 months till term in her pregnancy!

So come down for 3 hours of wood chopping, gunslinging, cast-iron wielding sketching fun! You won't want to miss this unique opportunity with Calamity Jenn and Dr. Sketchy's Portland; we promise nobody dies of dysentery!

So grab your brushes, pencils, and some good old-fashioned charcoal, and come down to Crush Bar for an evening of drawing fit for the Oregon Trail!

Artists of all experience levels are welcome - come, have a drink and try your hand at some art. We'll have basic art supplies for the adventuresome amateur, and, of course, you more-seasoned pros can bring your own. As always, we mix your art education with a healthy dose of fun & sexy, and we charge just $10 at the door.

Dr. Sketchy's Portland is presented by Baby Tattoo Books and Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School, with additional support from Muse Art+Design.

Founded in 2005 by artist provocateur Molly Crabapple, Dr. Sketchy's asked a simple question: Why can't drawing naked people be sexy? The answer is... it can. Dr. Sketchy’s live figure drawing provides a unique opportunity for artists and art lovers to gather on a regular basis to create and celebrate art in a creative environment.
