Dr. Sketchy's Anti-Art School: Portland says
Now that the year is off to a roaring start, it's time to make good on that resolution: dust off your sketchbook and come to Crush Bar this SUNDAY, JANUARY 31st, for a casual evening of sketching, drinking, and socializing at Portland's premiere night for alternative figure drawing.

This month, Dr. Sketchy's Portland is thrilled to invite you as we bring local circus and dance performer, trapeze artist, and contortionist MEG RUSSELL to our stage, to model for your drawing delight! Pack your pastels and join us for an exclusive three-hour figure drawing session with this scintillating circus sensation!

Artists of all experience levels are welcome - come, have a drink and try your hand at some art. We'll have basic art supplies for the adventuresome amateur, and, of course, you more-seasoned pros can bring your own. As always, we mix your art education with a healthy dose of fun & sexy, and we charge just $10 at the door.

Dr. Sketchy's Portland is presented by Baby Tattoo Books and Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School, with additional support from Muse Art+Design.

Founded in 2005 by artist provocateur Molly Crabapple, Dr. Sketchy's asked a simple question: Why can't drawing naked people be sexy? The answer is... it can. Dr. Sketchy’s live figure drawing provides a unique opportunity for artists and art lovers to gather on a regular basis to create and celebrate art in a creative environment.
