Fossil Fuel Forum Portland says
There are a number of upcoming opportunities to raise our voices opposing oil and coal proposals and in favor of a clean energy future. If we can speak truth to power at the upcoming public hearings, we can beat destructive fossil fuel projects back. Our united people powered voice has led to recent victories in the Pacific Northwest -- stopping two propane proposals on the Columbia River and four coal export projects throughout the region.

But we can’t do this without you! Attend a public forum to learn how to stop Big Oil and Dirty Coal companies from turning our region into a fossil fuel hub.

At the forum, panelists will provide details about what’s at stake, how to protect our region from fossil fuel threats, and how you can take action at public hearings to stop these toxic proposals.

WHEN: Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 7:00 PM (doors open at 6:30 PM for refreshments)
