Celebrate the Fall and a Successful Grape Harvest with us!

Join Hip Chicks do Wine and Meadowlark PDX for a delectable Fall inspired dinner. The menu for this family-style meal will feature the following:

A selection of seasonal hors d'oeurvres, including Crostini with Vin Santo Lamb Pate & Chanterell Rillettes~~paired with our 2014 Muller Thurgau and 2013 Zinfandel

Winemaker's Focaccia with table grapes and rosemary

First Course~~Warm Chanterelle Salad with housemade Duck Prosciutto, Chicories, Hazelnuts & Pecorino~~paired with our 2011 Pinot Noir

Second Course~~Crispy Pork Shoulder Confit with a smoked apple & sherry pan sauce. Accompanied by a farro and black rice salad with autumn vegetables alongside brown butter-glazed sweet potatoes with baby spinach and romesco~~paired with our 2013 Tempranillo

Third Course~~Syrah-poached Pear Tart with creme fraiche and rosemary-hazelnut brittle ~~paired with our 59 month aged Cabernet Sauvignon Port

Each course will be paired with wine. All of the wines produced by Hip Chicks do Wine are from locally sourced grapes, limited in production and made right in the heart of SE Portland.

Seats must be pre-purchased in advance.
