Laurelwood Beer Dinner says
Join us for our first Beer Dinner of 2016! This time we'll be hosting at our NE Portland brewpub, located at 5115 NE Sandy Boulevard.

We'll be serving six courses, each carefully crafted by our team of chefs and using top-notch locally-sourced ingredients. Our brewmaster, Shane, has paired five courses with a Laurelwood beer; a lineup that includes a number of our specialty and imperial brews.

Additionally, our chefs and brewers will be on-site to introduce and chat about their creations. It's an intimate gathering that's a must for any food, beer, and/or Portland enthusiast.

A market board of local meats, cheeses, and seafood served with our signature beer mustards, apricot chutney, and house-made garlic & Kalamata olive bread.
PAIRED WITH: Piston Pale Ale

A Northwest strawberry salad with local strawberries, baby field greens, candied hazelnuts, balsamic-pickled cucumber and carrots, all tossed in a rose petal vinaigrette.
PAIRED WITH: Kottbusser
(An extinct German ale and collaboration brew with Baerlic Brewing Co.)

Lobster bisque served with lime creme fraiche and chives.
PAIRED WITH: Eazy Duz It Imperial IPA

Blood orange granita.

Chimichurri-marinated Snake River Farms New York steak served with purple potato dauphinoise and beef tallow wilted greens.
PAIRED WITH: Megafauna Imperial IPA

Raspberry croissant bread pudding served over a pool of white chocolate creme anglaise and topped with lemon curd and a frosted mint leaf then garnished with a chocolate-dipped strawberry.
PAIRED WITH: St. Wenceslas Bourbon Barrel Aged Baltic Porter.
