Ma La says
Once again! We bring you MaLa! Last months dinner was a huge success! We can not wait to do it all again!

Málá is what we are calling this monthly collaboration dinner. Má meaning "numbing" and Lá meaning "spicy" are the key flavors of Sichuan food. Sunday, June 26th, we will be cooking up our spin on traditional dishes from our favorite region of Chinese cuisine. Our guests can expect lots of fiery hot dried chilies, balanced by numbing Sichuan peppercorns. We will be serving cocktails from Hamlet by Ryan Magarian, beer, wine and sherry.
