This is a dance focused strength and conditioning class geared toward dancers and non-dancers alike.

This hour-long class focuses on building body strength and increasing endurance and flexibility through a variety of exercises. Students will learn to use their own body weight (and eventually progress to assisted weight exercises with partners) to increase strength and flexibility.

Specifics: Each class begins with a cardio warm-up for 15-20 minutes to improve conditioning. The next 20 min will target on body strength and the last 20 minutes of the class is focused on flexibility with stretching exercises and relaxation.

SATURDAYS 10:30 am
