Oregon Special Libraries Association (ORSLA) says
Wine, librarians, and a wine library?! What could be better?

Please join the Oregon Chapter of the Special Libraries Association welcome the Association of College & Research Libraries (ACRL) librarians to Portland!

We’ve reserved Vie de Bohème’s Wine Library from 5-8pm on Thursday, March 26. Located on Distillery Row, it’s an easy bus or streetcar ride from the Convention Center.

When: Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 5:30 – 8pm

Who: ORSLA and ACRL librarians, MLS/MLIS students, and friends

Where: Vie de Bohème, 1530 Southeast 7th Avenue, Portland, OR

Cost: Buy your own drinks

Contact info: Sue Mecklem, 503-778-5252

ORSLA will provide light appetizers and you’ll buy your own drinks. Vie de Bohème serves many libations including draft beer, French Press coffee, cocktails, and wine, including Vie de Bohème’s own. (My favorite drink is the fleur de violette, a lovely champagne cocktail.) Bottles of wine are available for purchase, both for consumption at the café or for taking home.

We’d appreciate an RSVP, either here on or on Facebook page so we can plan for food but please stop by even if you decide at the last minute!
