Las Primas says
It's a Latin and Andean jam, led by and featuring Luciana Proaño (MC, vocals, dance and percussion), with guest performers plus and open mike for singers and instrumentalists. Join in to dance or play cajon (Peruvian percussion box) if you like. Shows are from 6pm-9pm every last Saturday and there is no cost. Our kitchen and bar will be open all evening with our full menu available. All ages are welcome.

This month we welcom Inka Jam, whose music includes originals from the band members and some traditional covers in a variety of styles with an Andean flare. Many of the pieces also include a dance performance in traditional costume. They play Huaynos, Cumbia, Salsa, Boleros, Trova and Afro-Peruvian and usually draw the crowd to dance.

The Artists are:
Luciana Proaño; dancer percussionist from Peru with extensive career in Europe, Mexico and South America.

JB Butler, long time Jazz, Blues, Electronic and Latin guitarist, Fulbright Scholar.

Alex LLumiquinga, Ecuadorian vocalist & multi-intrumentalist specializing in Andean string and wind instruments, extensive touring in Europe, Middle East and the Americas, and

Tito Amaya, from el Salvador, vocalist and multi-intrumentalist in the same vein as Alex. Has toured all over Central and North America as well as Hawaii.
