Join master brewer Yves Benoit and 7th generation owner Albert De Brabandere from Brewery De Brabandere in an intimate blending event featuring 3 Petrus beers.

This ticket is to admit 1 to the 8-10pm event held in Bad Habit Room. Located at 5433 N Michigan Ave, directly behind Saraveza.

This ticket includes:
- 8oz pours of Petrus Aged Pale, Aged Red, Oud Bruin, and Bavik Pils.
- A wide selection of amuse bouches prepared by Saraveza head chef, Dustin Gettmann that includes:
- Profiteroles with chicken liver mousse and cherry compote
- grilled endive with fried prosciutto and caper aioli
- house bacon with smoked tomato jam, arugula, biscuit
- artisan cheeses, seasonal fruit, macrona almonds, crackers
- charcuterie board - pate, mousse, country ham, pickles, dijon, bread

- A souvenir Petrus blending glass.
- A 6oz pour of Wittekerke Wild.

The seminar starts promptly at 8pm, so please be punctual. No digital ticket will be emailed, instead it will be a will call only event. Please bring appropriate ID. No minors will be allowed in Bad Habit Room due to OLCC regulations.
